This place was dirty and very old and dated! The pull out sofa mattress was full of stains, we asked for another room. They accommodated that, but in the second room the sheets were stained and the bathroom was filthy (with the exception of the toilet- it was the ONLY clean thing in the entire room!) We could not leave this place fast enough- we didn't even bring anything in before we left!!! I do not recommend for the cleanliness. - the 2 ladies at the desk that I spoke with were very nice, though!

I did not use any amenities at this Days Inn. I booked for two nights stayed for one. Did not even want to stay for one once I stepped into the lobby. The front desk people were nice enough, the condition of my room was creepy disgusting. Expedia was prompt returning my reservation dollars for night not stayed. Thank you Expedia.

The facility did not reflect typical Days Inn credibility. I arrived late in evening and was greeted by a drunk at the top of the stairs. Upon entering the no-smoking room the smell of tobacco and weed was overpowering. The drapes wete torn, the hvac houding broken. On the positive side the room had been updated indicating the facility is likely being renovated. The breakfast offering was very subpar for a Days Inn.I determined I could not stay here comfortably for a week and checked out after one night. After 10 days I still have not received my refund for the unused days.

Wir waren für eine Übernachtung dort und leider war es für Florida um diese Zeit doch ziemlich "frisch". Die Klimaanlage hat aber sehr gut als Heizung funktioniert und wir hatten es wirklich warm im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war auch völlig in Ordnung für amerikanische Verhältnisse und wir sind satt geworden. Leider war dafür Duschen nicht möglich. Die Armatur über der Badewanne war nicht dazu zu bewegen auch nur einen Tropen Wasser her zu geben. Man konnte den Hebel in alle Richtungen drehen oder drücken, da kam nichts. Die Armatur hat sich im Kreis mitgedreht. Der Wasserhahn über dem Waschbecken gab zwar Wasser her, aber nur kaltes. Da wir nur eine Übernachtung dort hatten, war es für uns halb so tragisch. Trotzdem haben wir es am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Die Dame wollte umgehend den Hausmeister anrufen und zu uns schicken. Da wir aber ohnehin knapp zwei Stunden später auschecken wollten haben wir gesagt, dass es nach unserer Abreise reichen würde und nach einer Kompensation gefragt. Da wir über Expedia gebucht hatten, sollten wir uns auch direkt dort hinwenden, sie könne da nichts machen. Hat uns aber die amerikanische Telefonnummer gegeben. Kein Problem. Expedia angerufen (natürlich die deutsche Hotline) und kurz geschildert und noch während des Gesprächs einen Gutschein im Expedia-Konto bekommen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Bed was comfortable but the place needs to close down and revamp, absolutely nothing works or is ancient. It has such potential but sadly doesn't look like they have any drive to fix anything. Breakfast was actually comical... I'd rather them not offer breakfast at all then to walk into that ridiculous thing they called breakfast, not to mention they have signs everywhere claiming their breakfast is VERY popular. Naturally we were like oh cool yummy breakfast tomorrow... HA! Seriously a joke... Do not let the sign get you excited you will be sadly disappointed. I don't know who told them their breakfast was popular they need to remove all those signs it just leads to huge disappointment or at least change the wording you look silly!

It was interesting staying here. The lady Danielle at the front desk was the highlight of the stay. On another note though…. The steam room. Broken, hot tub broken…. The “free breakfast” consisted of no protein or hot food items what so ever. No eggs nothing… but there is a sign that says “our breakfast is very popular and if you take it out you will be charged $10”. There is nothing offered worth $10… if you wanted to book another night they charge you an additional $40 for a stay over fee because technically you are not supposed to book in until 4pm even though you are currently a guest already? So if you are not sure if you want to stay 2 nights you better figure it out fast or be charged $40…. Absolutely insane! Bed was comfortable and the room was clean…. Probably won’t come back.

I did not stay at this hotel I booked this Days inn on accident this location I live in the Days inn in Clearwater that I meant to book my reservation for Clearwater of course and by accident I booked Port Richey and immediately relaxed what I did called Port Richey and they canceled now I'm looking for my refund because it was a simple honest mistake there's no reason why a hundred dollars should be taken for me

This is a place where homeless people live by the week. Pot smokers abound in the parking lot. Residents throw trash and food on the walkways. Lots of noise during the night, weird stains on the floor and sheets. We checked out after the first night and didn’t stay the second night because it was so bad. I would not recommend this place. We chose to head home at 9pm and drive all night instead of spending another night there.

Didn't wake up in time for breakfast. Our room was great all the furniture was new and the room was updated. Only complaint was the floors in the room were really dirty so we had to keep our shoes on the whole time. Mentioned it to the front desk agent and she was very apologetic. Not her fault by any means but she was super sweet. Other than that would 100% stay again.
