"This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at in 60 years. Even the filters in the AC were clean and this is an older building."

"my stay was OK although there was a weird smell in the hallway and the hotel rooms looked clean, but there was hair inside the covers on the TV dresser. We had to get new batteries because the remote was dead. The hot water took a while to warm up the environment outside is full of construction and Wood so overall I think they just need to just a little bit more deep cleaning and make sure there isn’t any hair everywhere."

"Homewood Suites is a great place to stay—I was really satisfied with the overall service. Bree and Monique at the front desk were especially helpful and made our stay much better. Unfortunately, there was one night staff member who was rude and unhelpful. The only downside to our trip was that we checked out a day early and were not refunded for the extra night. In addition, the manager was very rude and unprofessional."

"We really enjoyed having a lovely pool area and covered patio to spend our time. We grilled and enjoyed meals outside, played games at the large table, and watched movies on the tv mounted on the outside wall. Home was clean upon arrival but did have a faint smoke smell inside, mostly on linens and towels; scented plug ins disguised the smell when we arrived. Neighboring homes are close but the pool area felt mostly secluded. Dog next door barks every time it is outside, which can get annoying but neighbors are friendly and helpful. Homes in the neighborhood are older and many look unkept and rundown from the road, but the rental home is freshly painted with updates throughout the inside. Newly added bedroom was great for out older kids to have their own space. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for over a week and would have appreciated more pots and pans to cook meals and the high efficiency washing machine really didn’t clean clothes well—nothing too inconvenient but "

"The pictures do not look anywhere near what the property looks like in person. They are used to a certain demographic so they do not put much effort into their rooms. The shower had soap scum that was stuck on. The sink looks like it was painted them half of it scraped off. The beds did not have blankets. Housekeeping knocks on your door every hour the morning of check out. "
