2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully furnished villa with a fenced in private yard. Centrally located and 30 minutes from the beach. 15 minutes from the Mets stadium, minutes from great restaurants and mall. Private, fenced courtyard for your small pet. Includes WIFI, Cable TV, Water & Sewer, washer & Dryer inside the unit, Gas BBQ Grill, security camera system for the building. No HOA, quick approval process. Pet friendly but up to 2 small dogs 15lbs, no aggressive breeds.

Jean David was pleasant to work with and easy to reach when needed. House is nice but major road construction and not easy to get in and out of the property. If not under construction, would stay again.

Great and convenient apartment
We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The place was comfortable, safe and well appointed with everything needed for complete stay. Location was great and accessible to almost everything. Some places within walking distance. Only problem was the construction and noise level due to the construction but that was out of the owner’s control. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone staying in the Port St. Lucie area.

Manager of this property is so kind and helpful. The place Is modern and comfortable. You have there everything what you need. We we 3 adult, but in 4 it will be also fine.
