“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Nettles Island. Were allocated a different house from the booking due to repair work but this one turned out to be also very nice. Nettles Island is a treat with pools locally and a designated beach, and lots of other activities like pickle ball, tennis, mini-golf, billiard. Great place for kids. Exchange with owner was very good and friendly. Anytime again!”

“Very cute and clean cottage close to downtown Stuart and the beaches. It was perfect for our stay to watch my son's high school baseball training in Stuart, and spend time at the beaches between games. The beds were comfortable.”

“We were coming to the area to help out with some relatives kids. We asked the owners if this would be okay and they quickly replied that it was. The boy wants us to stay here if we ever visit again. Dan and Shannon are some of the friendliest helpful hosts that we’ve met. Shannon’s mother lives on the property and is also lovely. She invited the boy to swing. As noted in the description, the kitchen and shower are outside so exposed to nature and such. Dan even took the time to write some notes……

“The stay in Jupiter at the Kozy Kottage was great - very relaxing, comfortable and pleasant. I stayed with my dogs, and they very much enjoyed the small yard and the ability to be out of their harnesses for a few days. The cottage, while not exactly a 'cottage' as it was a section of the host's home, was very private and pleasant. The bed was comfy, the water was hot, the house felt very homey. Sandy, the host, was delightful, and if a need arose was super responsive. The location was great for……

“This is an awesome place, neat, very clean, conveniently located and easy to communicate with property manager. The pictures really don't do it justice as it is very cute, extremely well decorated and spacious. Only two of us stayed. We will stay here again on our next visit to relatives in FL. Only wish it had two bathrooms, but we managed.”

“We were looking for a place in Stuart to visit nearby family. This was the perfection location. It was a great area for walking and restaurants close by. A short ride to the beaches and museums. The house was immaculate and well decorated and had everything you needed. The beds were super comfortable and the host was very responsive. We enjoying relaxing here at night as a family of 4 and would definitely return and recommend.”

“Second time here, great location! Has a dock with Snook lights to fish and having the boat lift enabled us to bring our boat. The hosts are extremely helpful if you have any problems or questions. There are many great amenities includedas well.”
