“The property is fantastic. Location, amenities, and stocking all as advertised and communicated. Beach was as private as it gets and Bathtub Beach which was fantastic for the kids was a mile walk down the beach. We had 10 of us at As Good as it Gets. The porch area, plunge pool, and hot tub were a natural gathering place for the family. We had another 11 of us at another Beach House, two down the beach and ours was perfect for hosting cookouts and the beach party. ”

“Check in was very easy. We had some difficulty getting the stove top burners to work and the process for using them was not intuitive. We finally got the hang of it about Wednesday. The kitchen was about cramped with so many of us using it, but otherwise, it was fine. ”

“Was very impressed with this home! It had everything you could need or want. Wonderful location and peaceful. If there would be one bad thing it’s the back patio area, it really needs to be cleaned up. Will most definitely be back!!”

“Sandy was a wonderful host, always helpful and never felt intrusive. The cottage is at her home but still private. Sandy has decorated the small cozy space with a beach theme everywhere that will get you in the mood for vacation and provided everything you need from beach towels to chairs. While the space is small, it's great for a weekend for a couple. ”
