「We upgraded to the resort side. Spacious room was initially impressive however the hotels AC system was broken heating the hallways to 91 degrees making both the hallway and the rooms unbearably hot.
Had to keep the AC running to even attempt to cool the room. Unfortunately the room was super dusty and dirty. You could see where they swept and hadn’t based on the thick layer of dust. Curtains were all worn and torn up. However when we reported it, they did send someone up to dust right away....

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」
