Indian pass beach

Nice and private! driveway is a little small for having a boat over 20’. great views! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Be Aware

The pictures are outdated and so is everything else inside the home. It was barely clean with mildew in the bath tubs and shower curtains and chemical burns on one of the toilet seats. All family members have bug bites. There are horror stories in the guest book. Some of the pages were torn out so who knows what else other guests had to say. Other than that the home is spacious and in a good location. The beach is literally the back yard. But if you have high standards I would not recommend. Definitely not worth the price.

Beautiful home. Will try this one again in the summer The bad: all the bedrooms.on the right side had NO HEAT. It was very cold and we had to buy firewood for heat. The right front door would not stay shut due to high winds. We left a day early.

Perfect Time Away

A rare find. Large well-maintained ocean Front home with a well-spaced house on one side and several empty lots on the other. We enjoyed the Port Saint Joe area and Apalachicola after long, quiet walks on the beach each day. Awesome place to get away. We enjoyed it.
