Wonderful host and relaxing stay!

Host was amazing and they worked with us needing last minute (12 hour) notice! Great location to beach and plenty of room for whole family! Kids spent hours in the pool too!

The home was as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was some very small ants in the kitchen. Shame on me for not contacting management although I only noticed them the last 2 days.

Perfect family vacation after Christmas!

Our stay at Sea View Place was absolutely wonderful! We had the best time with family. The house was very clean when we arrived, beautifully decorated and has comfortable beds. The sunsets from the porch were amazing. It’s just a short stroll to the beach where we enjoyed walks and bonfires. We enjoyed drives into Port St. Joe and Apalachicola for shopping and eating. The heated pool is a must if traveling during December. Worth every penny! We would definitely come back to Sea View Place any time of the year.

Located on a quiet street, steps from the beach and ocean Seaview Place is beautiful inside and out. Modern decor, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding, refreshing private pool, tons of beach gear (beach cart, bikes, games) and a fire pit out back. We enjoyed our week so much and will definitely be back!

The pictures and property description were 100% accurate. The house was exceptionally clean and included ample supplies of toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap as well as shower supplies + handsoap in all the bathrooms. The beds + pillows were comfortable and low maintenance, every bedroom was equipt with dressers & laundry baskets. If you stay in March/April - HEAT THE POOL, its worth the extra cost. The storage closet had everything we needed - bags, beach toys, beach chairs - you name it. The house is just steps from the beach (don't even need shoes) and the views from each balcony were amazing.Property management team was very responsive to all questions.My only recommendation to improve the house would be for them to stock Salt, Pepper & Olive Oil for cooking.I would recommend this property to others looking for a very quiet, low-key beach vacation with cooking at home. There are only a couple restaurants on the cape and a couple general stores.

This house is super clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you could need or want for a great week at the beach. The private pool, closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys, cooler, and more made our stay even better!! We have been coming to Cape San Blas for over 10 years and this is definitely one of our very favorite houses!!

My family and I had an awesome time. We have all adult children so it was nice to have our own pool, porches and bathrooms. The house was well stocked with supplies too. There was easy access to the beach and having beach chairs and umbrellas provided was a major plus!

The house is the perfect location. Very close to the beach and it is an easy walk to the path that maybe takes 3-4 minutes. House was clean. We appreciated all the "extras" like shampoo and conditioner and soap in every bathroom. The supply of garbage bags was great too. The kitchen does lack some utensils (needs shrimp deveiner, more cookie sheets, etc)Ice machine could not keep up with our group. Definitely recommend picking up a bag of ice. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful getaway...loved this place!

We had such a great stay at Sea View Place. They provide everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home. Not only did they provide toiletries, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc but they also have great beach supplies...chairs, bikes, beach cart, umbrellas...just to name a few things. It is in a great location close to the Trading Post and a very short walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor seating areas were a wonderful addition. I would definitely stay here again. Easy check in and great communication.

Great location, beautifully appointed home with upgraded furnishings and kitchen supplies. Renters must be able to climb stairs. There are 40 stair steps between the entry and the living space.

Everything new and upscale

Great trip, great porches and a bathroom for every bedroom! Beach supplies were quality, I didn't even need to bring my own. Nice dishes and pots and pans, keurig coffee maker for one cup or a whole pot. Mattresses were all new and compfortable too. Nice area to wash sand off your feet and off your beach supplies. I have nothing negative to say about this new beach home!
