Mutt'n Joes is located across from the playground in Barrier Dunes and is only a 4-minute walk to the sugar white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas. One stay at Mutt'n Joes and you'll find your perfect vacation spot for years to come!
Barrier Dunes is a gated community located next to St. Joseph State Park, a 2000-acre park with boat landing. There are two swimming pools (gulf front pool is next to clubhouse), ramps/walkovers leading down to the beach, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, stocked fishing ponds, clubhouse, playground, streetlights and paved roads.
