The perfect place to stay with a small family or group of friends. The place was very clean, had plenty of space and had most of what we needed (cleaning, cooking supplies and toiletries) The beach was just steps away.

Wonderful stay at the beach

We all enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely decorated with high quality sheets and good beds. The beach was not too crowded and the walk was easy. We usually stay along 30-A but the private beach signs and the crowds have driven us farther east. Mexico beach was a big hit. One thing I would recommend about the condo is it could use a few more kitchen utensils. I bought a cheese grater and left it there. It could use a working cork screw. Thanks you so much for offering your home.

Pelican Perch

Pros: GREAT location—The location of this condo sets it apart for sure! Beach is a very close/short walk and Mexico Beach is beautiful! Condo was laid out well for our group of 2 families with teenage boys. Beds were comfortable and nice size. beach wagon, umbrellas, and a couple of chairs provided (although we had our own chairs) Check in was easy Communication was great when we had some internet/wifi issues Cons: A/C is apparently controlled remotely and 76 and up is just too warm especially in the bedroom/bathrooms upstairs during summer months. Supplies were a little thin (I know normally at a condo we are supposed to bring our own but one very thin roll of paper towels and one dish towel make it a little hard). No coffee filters. I don’t recall seeing a list of items supplied or things we should bring. Router box was a little difficult to find when we needed to. No remote that we could find for upstairs back bedroom (parents wanted to retire to rooms before the teenagers did) Outside shower head was working properly which made it hard to clean sand off before entering condo. Wasn’t sure how or if we should go through neighbors back patios to get to ours but weeds were also very grown up, so it would have been difficult. The dryer took several times for a smaller load so that might be something that needs to be checked into. We had a wonderful stay overall with just a few things that I felt would be good to check. Would recommend to others.

Excellent location with the addition of a few key each items for us to really enjoy the beach! A beach wagon and beach chairs were an added bonus. Great relaxing trip for the family!

This unit is in great shape and very nice. Honestly was nicer than the pictures. Maybe have instructions on how to use the nest . No pool. But we had friends that had a pool to use. But overall very nice place.

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. The beach is a short walk away. The provided wagon made the walk easy. The provided umbrella helped protect the baby from the sun. The beach was not crowded (our goal since COVID is still a thing). Overall Wonderful Vacation!

Loved the location. Very laid back and chill. Lights in laundry room not working. No instructions with TV. We are seniors, a little instruction sheet would be helpful since it's not cable TV. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Relaxing from Day 1

I had seen Mexico Beach on the map before, but usually ended up staying in a more populated location. The check-in was a breeze! No driving around for hours trying to find some hole in a wall place to pick up a key and directions. We parked, put in the door code, and unpacked. The walk to the beach was a breeze, no roads to cross. The location is a bit secluded so lots of privacy. No worry about crowds with tents as soon as you wake up. The cart included with the condo was a major help hauling stuff down to the beach. The condo was very clean, loved the decorations! The outdoor patio was nice, ended up using the grill once. There's a store across the street with lots of fishing gear and food/drinks. Beside that is a gift shop that steams various seafood items. Looking forward to staying here again, 5/5!
