Wonderful Visit

This place was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed fishing and the carport/boardwalk was perfect for taking our supplies to and from the beach and housing our items. Would definitely stay here again

Right on the beach

House is beautiful and right on the beach, you can’t get any closer! Loved the location. Check in was easy and management answered a question we had right away. Family of 9 had plenty of room and kitchen was well stocked. Perfect vacation! I want to go back!

Summer Memories!

Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. We had 4 generations staying and it was perfect for all of us. The house is up to date and furnished beautifully. Everything was very clean. You can't beat being right on the beach. The back deck was perfect for my grand parents to watch their great grandkids playing in the water. I do wish there was a second refrigerator somewhere to store drinks in, but its not a big deal to just keep them in a cooler. The elevator was also a big plus for as well. That's what made this trip possible for all of us. Thanks for the wonderful memories made!

Beautiful, well maintained home. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there n porches in morning for coffee and again in afternoon/evenings for sunset. Truly some of the most gorgeous sunsets we have seen. Everything was great!! Would definitely come again Also loved getting grocery delivery from Coastal Concierge and equipment from VayK rentals. Great steamed seafood from shell shack and a wonderful graduation cake from Bayside Bakery

Beautiful Home!

The house is absolutely beautiful! For the past five years I've traveled with my family to five separate beach homes and towns. Something has always either not been quite right about the location or the house and so each year we've tried a new place. This home hit the spot though. We are already planning on booking next year if it's available. The kitchen is spacious and the living room has all the seating that you could ever need. Love that there's also a large pantry. Communication with the management company was also great. We had a couple minor hiccups but they addressed quickly and compensated fairly for the inconvenience. The location is close to a grocery store (Piggly Wiggly) and the small town of Port St Joe which has some good restaurant options (what you would expect in a small beach town). Panama City is not too far away as well if you want more extensive selections. Overall had an amazing stay and can't wait to come back!

The house was beautiful and the beach was great! The elevator was a really nice feature for our older family members. 5-stars, but with minor suggestions: 1) The house had a malfunctioning smoke detector when we arrived. Replaced battery and it was still bad/chirping. The Prop Mgr should have known this from the prior turnover. 2) The house had no oven mitts or pot holders for the huge/gourmet kitchen, we had to buy one. 3) one garbage bag provided for a house of this size is bit unrealistic. Otherwise, property mgr was prompt to fix issue with propane grill and stay was awesome!
