Perfect location. We never moved our car once we got there. Great space and everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Living room and tv were great for watching football while also watching the ocean.

Wonderful stay at Summer House in Mexico Beach. Love the location of the building. Have rented from several different condo owners over the past several years Would definitely rent/stay in this condo if available in the future.

Perfect location with beautiful view!

This condo has everything you need for a perfect beach trip! Very spacious condo with a beautiful view. The pool is very nice also after being at the beach all day, I especially loved that you still had a beach view from the pool area. I would definitely stay at this location again in the future.

Very Nice

The condo was clean and one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed at. Mexico Beach was a lot more laid back than we expected. We like to eat out when we’re on vacation and there were not a lot of options to choose from.

Winter Escape

Everything at this condo was perfect. We had a lovely winter vacation. The condo is totally equipped with everything you need. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The weather was perfect. We enjoyed watching wildlife and the balcony was a place to enjoy the sound of the waves and watch for dolphins. We are all planning return vacations.

Perfect location

Breathtaking views. It was nice finding something without any ocean blocking. The condo was in perfect order and big enough for our family of 5. Quick walk across the road to the beach. Never heard a peep from other neighbors. Plenty of toys, chairs, umbrellas in the room. Blackout curtains were great so we were not awake at 6am! 10min walk to both sides for restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Getaway!!

We have never been to Mexico Beach before, but after our amazing experience, we will definitely be back. And, we will definitely try to book this pristine condo as our first choice!! The property was super clean, nicely decorated and they literally thought of EVERYTHING we could possibly need for our stay! The view from the patio was spectacular...beach view!! Just hope the lot across the street doesn't sell too quickly! LOVE this property!! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!

The veiw was amazing

The place was amazing! This was our first time in mexico beach and I couldnt have been happier with where we stayed. Just a short walk to the beach. The beach was nice and clean. You had so much space between you and other people. Overall the room was clean with an amazing view of the ocean. Only bad thing is we would randomly find cereal we didnt bring on the floor. The pool was shut down for two days for repairs but once it was back up it was so clean and we basically had it to ourselves most days. I would recommend do the aquabear adventure snorkeling tour. We had a blast. We left a small painted shell in their collection in the hallway. In conclusion - Book this room it was! great!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

This living space exceeded our expectations! We loved how spacious it was and very clean. The view of the ocean was unbeatable and even a view of the ocean from the pool. We spent our days on the beach (right across the street and close enough to run back to the room easily if needed) and nights at the pool. We loved every minute! Our only minor criticism is that there's no real pantry for dry goods. My husband is a chef so we cook every day/night and we had to rearrange cabinets to fit food in every nook and cranny, lol. Beds were comfortable, beach towels provided (although we brought our own), they had a canopy, beach chairs, cooler) Other than the pantry issue, it was AMAZING!! Book this place!!! You won't regret it. Thank you for a wonderful week and may the Lord bless you richly!

Beautiful Place

This condo was in a great location. Beach access was right across the street and the beach was never crowded. The view from the condo was beautiful. The condo itself was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of beach items and very clean. We have stayed at other condos in the area and this has been our favorite so far.
