Toucan’s Tower 1

This property was as advertised; close to beach, clean , fairly new, and close to a convince store and eats (food truck and trailer establishments. Not far from Hwy 98, allowing for easy transitions to the area’s other sites, sounds, and fun things to do. We found this property highly enjoyable and functional for the purposes of our trip to Mexico Beach. We will be considering it for our future trips to the area. Thanks!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place needs curtains and clean pillows. Also needs a few things fixed. The balcony door in the living room, the toilet didn’t stop running.Other than that it was a very nice place! It was very cute and had everything we needed.

Quiet get away at Mexico Beach

Communication with the property management was very fast. The pictures on the listing was accurate. I love the fact that the kitchen was well equiped. My husband and I enjoyed the quiet of the area. Mexico Beach is the perfect quiet get away. We were able to relax and enjoy the suset at the beach. The beach is steps away from the rental. The beach was very clean with white sand and it was not crowded. (FYI I visited on May 2025)We drove for about 45 minutes to Panama beach and ride jet ski to Shell Island. We also visited Rosemary beach.We are thinking of planning a visit for next year.

Check-in process was easy and we had no issues. Property was clean but we did find dishes in the dishwasher from previous guest that had not been put away. Luckily, I brought trash bags with me because there weren’t any provided for the kitchen trash can. We were also only given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom with no extra rolls. The pillows were literally FLAT and the sheets were micro fiber. For the amount paid per night along with a substantial cleaning charge I was expecting a little more. We had a nice stay but it was not great. It was a quick walk to the beach, and it was quiet.

Nice area, great property manager response

We had some issues at first with condition of a couple of items, but property manager was very responsive late on a Sunday and got things taken care of. Enjoyed the rest of the stay with no problems.
