Great place!

The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was just right for a quiet trip without big crowds. The WindMark beaches and shopping area was a great place to hang out and have great meals.

We had a great stay. The house is decorated so well and so much thought was put into anything you may need (except coffee filters). Enjoyed the pool, porches, hot tub and quiet community. Will look for this house on our next trip!

1st time staying in this cottage..it was nice and comfortable..loved there were TV's in each bedroom with more channels than some of the other units we have stayed in..liked the kitchen island and the big deep sink. The only thing from a 5 was the shower needed a good scrubbing around the base to get some of the built up mildew and moldy grit removed...and yet..It was very nice to stay there..

Loved the home and porches! We loved that the pool was right out our door. Had all we needed. We didn’t like that the cleaning wasn’t done well. Rugs were dirty and lots of dust and cobwebs on walls. Needs a good deep cleaning.

Summer vacation

We enjoyed having the pool right out from our porch! The inside is updated and decorated cute for a beach getaway. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the place. The bathrooms were in need of a deep scrub especially the shower and tub. Some of the rugs are old and did not look clean. The washer smelled bad.

The pictures represent the cottage well. We had a nice stay. Just a few notes to make others stay better...cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning the floors and should be sure the previous renters properly cleaned the kitchen ware. One of our pots in the cabinet had cooked on grits, another had egg cooked to the sides and was burnt in the bottom. A third pan also had burnt food. I had to soak them and purchase scrub pads to clean someone else's mess. The "manual" needs to be updated to reflect the keyless entry and there needs to be directions on how to use the 3 remotes/television.

Perfect place

Perfect Weekend!

The pool is located right out the front door of the cottage. It's cozy, clean, well stocked and affordable. Plenty of wonderful restaurants minutes away. Perfect in every way!

Great place for our family of 4

Condo was clean and well equipped. Beds in each bedroom are comfortable although the bed sheets are a bit stiff and scratchy… especially after a long day in the sun without enough sunscreen. The pool is just a few steps from your front door making it a super convenient place to cool off. Restaurant options are limited, especially breakfasts and on Sunday but this is likely due to COVID and lack of staffing. Had dinner at Provisions Restaurant our last night in town and was was THOROUGHLY impressed with both the food and the service. Beaches were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property management was super quick to answer the couple of questions we had while we were there and we would definitely stay here again.
