Lovely experience

We absolutely loved the rental property as well as the location. Close to the beach, lawn chair's, wagon, kayak provided.

Amazing!

Loved the privacy here and the short walk to the beach. Mexico Beach was perfect with hardly any others on the beach with us. Just the get away we needed.

Great home near the beach

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was a great size for the 10 of us. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. We enjoyed riding the bicycles and using the beach wagon. Such a great place. I would definitely stay here again!

Great!

The house was super roomy and clean. Not to mention beautiful. Sound didn’t transfer throughout the house, everyone had their own privacy. The back porch was a favorite sitting area every night. The backyard was great for hosting a small get together. We weren’t disappointed and hated to leave.

A Little Bit of Everything

This place turned out to be the BEST choice for my family and I to have my parents 50th Anniversary Renewal! The firepit area is such a cozy setup, especially at night with the string lights on. There was enough bedding for everyone and we didn't even use one of the 4 bedrooms. Just a short walk to the beach. There are plenty of fun things to choose from in the garage like a grill, kayake, bikes, cornhole boards and a few family games to choose from in the closet in the living room. Will definitely check availability for this house when we return.

July 4th Stay

To start we loved our stay! The house is the perfect size and lots of room with a big yard for kids. The sandy area beside the house does not look like the pictures. It is almost all weeds now and the lounge chairs are all broke. The outdoor dining table only has one bench and no chairs and the bench is broke. The living room is uncomfortable with hardly anywhere to relax at night. Especially for a house that accommodates 10 people. With that being said we loved the house and the layout and big yard for the kids. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. They have multiple bikes but we had to blow up the tires and actually fix on tire. The beach buggy was perfect! We would definitely stay there again. And I would definitely recommend to friends, I would just give them a heads up on a few things.

Vacation review

House floor plan was nice. Garage bathroom came in handy. Kitchen was a nice size. Lacked a little on plates, bowls, and cups. Dining area was a good size. Furniture in den was a not as comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were plenty and washer/dryer were very good. Garage area was in disarray. One bicycle had a flat. I put the tube back in and set the tire. Evidently the tube has a hole in it. The other bikes were fine. The grill worked well. The hall bath tub doesn’t drain well. Fills up with water while showering. I texted but no one ever showed to fix issue. If you have bedroom doors that lock and an actual key is needed to unlock, there needs to be a key on property to unlock. Before we left, all beach items were rinsed. Also blew the garage out with the blower and tried to reorganize items that were not used. I would remove some of the clutter or have a locked storage bin for your tools and/or other items. For some reason, we were targeted by other vacationing kids. The front door was beat on late one evening but no one was in the yard when I exited. Shortly after, I heard a horn beeping. It was a golf cart full of kids parked in the front yard. All in all it was a good stay.

Land and Sand

Land and Sand… Oh, how much fun we had staying here! This house felt just like home. Each bathroom was presented with a starter kit (which was very nice). We had a family of eight and therefore each had our own comforting bed. The walk to the beach was very convenient and as both of my parents are older, they said the walk was very easy and convenient. My teenage kids enjoyed riding the bikes and the outdoor pool house. There are so many wonderful features in which this house holds. I and my family would definitely stay here again!!

Short walk to the sand

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. This is our first trip to MB since the hurricane, traveled with hubby, our 3 boys and my dad. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out in the bedrooms, would have been nice to have extra seating in the livingroom as there are only 2 televisions in the home, but I was so sleepy at the end of the day I went to bed pretty early anyway. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit at night and coffee in the morning on the screened back porch. Kitchen has everything you need except a good nonstick skillet for eggs in the morning, lol. It was very convenient to have a full bathroom in the garage. I was hesitant because of the lack of reviews but I believe they just finished renovating and started renting, they have done a beautiful remodel. Street is quiet and perfect for kids. Definitely would book this home again. Thank you for having us!

Great House and Location

Pro’s- Great home and location. Nice setup. Lots of beach accessories included with stay. Con’s- Upon arrival, couldn’t get in house. Code wouldn’t work. Was given 2nd code and it still didn’t work. We were finally give code to lock box for keys. Got settle into the home and realize WiFi wasn’t working, fan and light in master wouldn’t come on! Contacted Vacasa( management company) and was told someone would be out to correct problems. Two days later someone finally showed up. Called numerous times and was told they only had one technician working the area. Only issue they were able to resolve was the door lock. We spent the whole vacation with no TV or internet. A few of us needed to get some work done but we’re unable to do so with no WiFi. A couple other small amenities listed were not available, hair dryer and beach towels. Overall, would stay here again but would be sure to bring everything we needed. Great rental but company managing property was horrible!
