Inaccurate description

Staring with the positves:-Overall the house was pretty and nice looking.-When we called for assistance, Heather was responsive and as extremely helpful as she could be. -The pool was pretty. -Close to downtown Port St Joe.However, generally speaking, not at all what we were looking for or expected based on the description:-Very tight parking. -Description says its steps away from the beach...well it is steps away across a busy highway without a cross walk and most times "the beach" is 10 foot or less and we ran into litter... NOT like it is described or pictured. -We knew there were steps but not as many as shown and they were steep, which would have deterred us since traveling with a 4 yro. -Once we got there we realized a lot of locals use the pool during the day, so they are in and out. There are no onsite personnel to monitor the pool or maintenance. One local "pool visitor" told my husband and son she had contracted a flesh eating bacteria last year in the bay (probably not true but gross). -The AC worked great except in the room with the bunk beds, it was so hot compared to the other rooms. -Hot water was hit or miss. Most times we had some hot water in the shower down stairs but most times upstairs it barely got warm or just plain cold. Again just really hit or miss. -A couple of the edges of the rugs were curled up and we kept tripping on them (again chasing a 4 yro) so i finally rolled two of them up just to not have to worry.
