Relax. Recharge. Reconnect at the charming Beachside Bliss: A 3 BR, 2 1/2 bath Townhome SETPS FROM THE SAND! No roads to cross to get to the beach. (No crossing Hwy 98 necessary!) Beachside not "Beachfront." (park in front of your townhome and walk 5 min to the beach). Just a block away from The Mexico Beach Canal with boat access for fishing and shell collecting. Beautiful Sunset view from master balcony in the fall! The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs along with a gulf view deck. Additional sleeping accomodations (two double size futons) downstairs and an additional half bath. Two parking spaces for a boat or 2 vehicles. WiFi, 65" Smart TV with a Hulu, Netflix etc. Use your own logins to your fav streaming apps. TVs in the master and the queen bedroom. Fenced patio with grill, brand new firetable and extra dining/seating. Washer & dryer in full laundry room, outdoor hot/cold shower, fully furnished kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, beach games and toys and beach wagon provided. Feel brand new after your stay at Beachside Bliss!

Well the pictures online do it no justice. The place is bigger and comfortable. The set up is nice. The owner was awesome! I had an issue prior to comi g and she was very helpful. Some minor things in the home we found but she was very understable and communicates directly. I definitely will stay here again!

Cute and convenient

The house was nice and just a short walk to the beach. The beach cart provided was a lifesaver. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The beach was nice and not overcrowded. The only thing would be better if there was a TV in the bunkbed room for kids on beach day breaks.. Also, would be better if there was some channels on the TV because if you don’t have your own streaming service, you wouldn’t be able to watch anything and that wasn’t disclosed until after I booked the trip. Altogether, It was a good place to take a break from the heat. Fo For the price you couldn’t beat the location .

Wonder stay !

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very clean when we arrived. There were a few things that we found but I did let the host know about them. Nothing that would keep me from staying again. The walk wasn’t too far. I would suggest if your older not to make the walk though. Rent you a golf cart if possible. For the young it was good. I wouldn’t plan on having more than 2 vehicle's as there is construction going on and you cannot park additional cars or trailers. Overall we had a good time and would stay again.

Great stay, well laid out town home.

I would suggest purchasing a nice outside storage unit (like the unit behind your back fence) to store the items in the pantry closet that are to be used for the beach. Luckily we had brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas and beach wagon. We were going to use the beach umbrella in the closet but it was missing the bottom pole and also found the items in closet had not been properly rinsed of sand. This closet would be much more useful as a food pantry for your guest food storage. Also the back patio area needs to be weeded and some ornamental grasses and a few colorful flowers planted along the back fence. It would also be nice to add a privacy wall for the outside shower so it could be better utilized for a full private shower experience. Overall the town home is well laid out and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to see a continued repair and rebuilding of Mexico Beach properties on our next visit.

Not on the sand

I thought I was renting a beach front condo. It is 2 blocks off the beach. It is on the beach side of Hwy 98, how ever the only beach view is in the far distance from the second floor balcony. My search was specifically and only for BEACH FRONT, so don't know how this showed up. Very disappointed in location. Unit was very clean and neat. Only issue with actual unit is it is listed as a 3 bedroom. It is actually a two bedroom with a trundle bed in a closet sized room. As a licensed real estate agent I was taught the requirements for a bedroom includes a closet... no closet, no window, just barely big enough to pull out the trundle bed.
