Great Location

Easy walk to the beach, ice cream and local general store. Pool area was awesome and seemed private. House suited our needs just fine. We had a group of 6 adults and had plenty of space.

Great for Families

Three of the bedrooms all had King Beds with bathrooms, the bunk room was great! Very comfortable home with views of the gulf and bay! The pool was perfect.

We had a wonderful time! The pool was amazing, the home had lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the kitchen had everything we need. We love the area and hope to be back next year!

Great Home and Location

Perfect house for 2 families of 4. Steps from beach, general store, liquor store, ice cream and homemade donuts. Plenty of outdoor seating on all 3 levels. Great views of ocean on top level.

Fantastic Cape San Blas Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’re so pleased with our stay at Sandy Bottom and can’t wait to come back and do it again!! The location was perfect, a quick walk to the shoreline and the Trading Post (you always need something!). The beach was beautiful and uncrowded! The pool was awesome and super private! We had fun relaxing there after time spent on the beach. The covered area around the pool allowed for time out of the sun while cooking out on the grill. Inside, the furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed the cards, puzzles and board games! What really set this house apart was the management. It was so much better than we’ve seen before. The house was super clean and fresh when we arrived! Small details like a generous supply of nice beach towels, extra coffee and a nice gas grill (with an extra tank of gas!) just made everything easier. If you’re looking for a roomy, pet friendly house with a great view, easy beach access and a fantastic pool, this is the one!

Home is spacious and very well stocked. Beds are comfy. Outdoor bathroom was a bonus. You will be so pleased having a private pool. You're right near a shop, restaurants and a store- literally steps away. And the beach is too! Plenty of room to cook, to eat, play board games, watch tv. And the sunsets from the balconies are priceless. Be sure to rent with Be Our Guest!

Perfect week in Cape San Blas

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sandy Bottom. There are a lot of stairs but that’s to be expected with a 3 level house. The location was perfect! And the pool was refreshing 😀!!

Perfect Family Getaway Home

Pictures were true to what this home was… plenty of outdoor sitting areas, fun pool, perfect set up of bedrooms (kids loved bunk beds) and kitchen ready for us to cook in! Loved every minute! Will definitely book this one again!

Lovely quite getaway

Stayed here for a week with my family which included 3 small kids. The pool was perfect for them. There are definitely a lot of stairs but that's to be expected with these beach homes. Would love to visit again!

This property was wonderful. I have nothing negative to say. Close to the beach and right behind Peachys which has amazing food and the Tradin Post for your grocery needs. The pool is gorgeous and the views are gorgeous.

The location is a unique and amazing blend of proximity to the beach and convenient to Peachy's, the Tradin Post and St Joe's Shrimp Co. They are all a 30 second walk, so you can have poolside lunch within minutes at one of the best pool decks on the cape! Highly recommend.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

First thing we got a couple hour early check in which is awesome. Second this house is absolutely spotless and smelled like a meadow inside when we walked in. All the furniture was nearly brand new. Each room is perfectly decorated and the mattresses are top notch. Bedding was higher end quality. Very nice bathroom essentials including large bottles or shampoo and conditioner. Each Tv has a Roku stick with all the apps on it. Plenty of towels and even the super big beach towels downstairs for around the pool or the beach. The downstairs bathroom is the best for showering off beach sand before going in the house. Decent assortment of pool toys kites etc etc on the storage tote. Be ready to climb stairs cause they are endless due to the main living area and kitchen are on the 3rd floor but the views are worth it. The pool can be a bit tricky. With 3 young boys and 2 dogs we had to add water to the pool everyday or heater and filter system stopped working. Need a minimum water line mark or something to go by. Other than that it exactly what the soul needs. Will definitely be back to sandy bottoms

The accommodations were spacious enough for us and everything was well stocked and clean. The pool area was a blast- we grilled out and took advantage of all the seating down there a couple times for dinner. It was an east short walk to the beach. Beach chairs, pool toys were available. A bonus convenience factor was being so close to the trading post and ice cream shop- we took full advantage! I would highly recommend this home

Owner did a wonderful job stocking the kitchen with the best appliances and supplies. It was truly home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall space was so comfortable and worked perfectly for our family. Beach access was perfect! Location was spot on! A walk down the driveway every night after dinner, and we were having ice cream at the Trading Post. Another visit in the morning, and Weber doughnuts were our treat in when the family woke. Early evening unobstructed sunsets right from the deck. What more could we ask for. Thank you Be Our Guest for being there for me with a few questions I had, and for making this the best vacation ever! We will return next time for sure.
