WindMark Beach Resort is a coastal residential neighborhood located mid-way between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach. With its close proximity to both the beaches and shops and restaurants, it’s makes it ideal for visitors looking for sand and sun in the day and a little shopping and local fare later in the afternoon. This private neighborhood also includes a new upscale restaurant, The View on Old 98, a great balcony restaurant with gorgeous views, live music and vibrant drinks and dishes as well, as Fit as a Fiddle, a small gym offering short term memberships and classes; a large community pool, playground, bike trail, fire pit and several beach boardwalks.
Slice of Heaven is a vacation rental home where you can have it all. It’s a beautiful, ground level, single family home with two bedrooms in the main house and a self-sufficient guest house that sleeps two. Book for the comfort and beauty of the interior of this home, but enjoy your stay with the great outdoor spaces. There is a screened porch on the side of the house with nice lounging and dining furniture kept cool by ceiling fans; as well as a pergola grilling area in the back of the home privately tucked behind a fence where you can enjoy your own private hot tub while watching your game on the 60" TV. In front, you can enjoy the covered front porch.
A very quiet, natural beach is a short walk from the home. While the beach is maybe not as large and well-known as others in our area, its best known for its still shoreline and low crowds. The roads are golf cart friendly in the neighborhood, so you can either bring or rent a golf cart making the trip to the beach and/or pool much simpler.
Floor Plan: Ground Level – the kitchen opens to the living area with a bar seating 5, living room with TV and access to the screened side deck and front porch; full bath with walk-in shower accessed by both the living area and Bedroom 1, equipped with king bed and TV. 1st Level – Bedroom 2 with reading nook, king bed, TV, work space with desk and Full Bath with double vanities, large tub and shower combo and large walk-in closet; and an open loft with bunk beds and a TV. Outside a lot of patio space including a hot tub and outdoor TV.
