「Loved our stay at Waves. Hubby got a surf in. Great snorkelling out back even on low tide. Friendly staff that go above and beyond. Highly recommend for self contained place.」

「这个酒店在当地知名度不高，有些bus司机没有听过这个酒店，但是他们打电话问其他人，最后帮我们找到了。前台五点就下班了，所以要是晚入住的话，尽量提早跟酒店沟通。我们所住的房间应该是这个酒店最好的房型，非常满意，性价比很高。开始看评价很少，有点担心酒店不好， 但事实证明这个酒店（最起码是我们的房型，相当好）房间很大，装修布置都很不错，私密性也不错，开门就是湖，右边还有私人小“沙滩”躺椅。酒店风景也很美，在酒店就可以免费租用划船用具。服务也很好，就是蚊子有点多，但是瓦努阿图都是这样的。」

「當天有點悶，開房間冷氣，聲音較吵，另外單人床很小，床鋪太軟，房間外有亭子，內有桌椅適合放鬆聊天，當天晚到，吧台已關門，但櫃台人員仍然願意特別服務，還不錯！」

「Two bedroom very clean apartment overlooking lagoon. Beautiful breeze off the lagoon. Well equipped kitchen area great for preparing own food. 」

「Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. 」

「Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options.」

「Staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we were unable to swim in the lagoon due to pollution. The 3 swimming pools were great and very clean. 」

「Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while...
