“Great location. Right next to an A line subway stop and very easily walkable from Termini. Design of the space is fantastic. Check in was inexcusably messy and I note that other guests had similar complaints. It took me 30 minutes to even get an answer to the door while standing outside on the street in 95 degree heat. Not an auspicious start. Couldn’t find my reservation and because this is not a hotel—which is not clear on Expedia—but an unstaffed guest house, there was no one there to……

“It was a very pleasant stay with the good price we paid for the accommodation. Room is spacious with good air conditioning and shower facilities. Pillows and mattress are of decent quality. Staff and kitchen ladies are friendly and attentive to our needs. Location: Rome Termini train station can be a bit dodgy and the B&B is located a couple streets away from it so makes us feel safe. During our stay, there was some construction work going on so every morning we would hear banging noise around……

“This beautiful stay in Rome was a perfect location right between the Roma train station and the Colosseum. Buses were easily accessible and close by to the hotel. The owner of the hotel was very helpful and easily accessible through WhatsApp. Anything we needed, he answered within seconds. Our room, 104, was spacious and had its own private balcony with chairs and couches. Check-in process was also very easy and efficient as the owner allowed us to check in early. He even provided us with advice……

“Came to Rome with the expectation of staying in a nice apartment 15-25 minutes walking distance to most popular attractions and air conditioned room to beat the heat, left at 3:30 AM the last day to sleep at the airport. Pretty DISAPPOINTING to be exact. First night after checking in AC wasnt working strong enough perhaps because the room was heating up since someone has moved out. By the second night the electricity went out from 5:30 pm until God knows when by the time we came back at……

“The room was clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a good location, close to everything we needed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again.”

“Bed had very thin sheets but you can adjust temperature in the room pretty easily. The staff were incredibly kind. Breakfast was not included. Air conditioning works very well. Wi-Fi is very spotty and weak,(if you need Wi-Fi for work or to schedule future stays do not stay here because it constantly disconnects and reconnects.) There was no real amenities, not even water bottles. For an extended stay I wouldn’t recommend staying here, but if you are staying a night or two I would say it’s fine.”
