「Ottima accoglienza all'arrivo nonostante, causa un diversivo improvviso, ci siamo presentati di primo mattino e la receptionist si è subito impegnata a cercare una soluzione offrendoci una proposta con minimo sovraprezzo con un upgrade per l'intero soggiorno ma soprattutto disponibile subito. A seguire tutto bene, dall'abbondante e varia colazione, alla cena curata e ottima. Per quanto riguarda il centro termale interno, tutto bene, curato e ordinato e preciso e con puntuale anche negli orari....

Un po' meno bene del solito relativamente alle piscine con lettini e polla fuori servizio e minor cortesia da parte del bagnino serale.」

「Prenotato una camera doppia classic con balcone con app hotel,e palesemente la camera assegnata era di valore inferiore,senza balcone ,piastrelle del bagno crepate, muri scrostati e con intonaco a terra ,polvere nelle appliques sui comodini , diventata lana a rischio incendio. Dopo un oretta, costretti a chiamare reception dal cellulare perché telefono della camera scollegato, per condizionatore rumorosissimo e non funzionante. Cambiamo stanza,ma la camera che ci assegnano ha si il balcone ma è...

「We had a room with a kitchenette but with no any kitchen ware such as fry pan, plates and forks😭 but the neighborhood is quite and only a few minutes drive to a supermarket. Found mold in the shower area which is really not ok. 」

「Really enjoy the thermal pool. Have massage jets at different station of the pool. Great relaxation. The choices for breakfast are good. Only the room is slightly simple but clean.」
