“Amazing hotel and staff”

“Very comfortable and cozy cabins just walking distance to Guerneville. The beds especially were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The perfect hotel if you are looking for a relaxing getaway!”

“advance notice on checkin should be shared earlier. The property has poor wifi- could not connect at all. I had to leave the property to connect. I have two cell phones and neither one connected. Because of limited wifi connection, you should share advance checkin code to avoid these issues upon arriving.”

“The internet service was spotty during our stay (which they admitted was a problem and they were fixing it). This is the main reason I gave only 4 stars. Otherwise, I really love the place. The location on the water is great. The restaurant, when open, is also great.”

“It's been a while since we stayed there and always stayed on top floor before. My husband has a bad back and can't do the stairs so I requested a downstairs room. From the time the people upstairs came and through most of the night, it sounded like they were stomping back and forth in their room. Was really disturbing in the middle of the night. “We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.”
