My parents loved their two night stay for my Father's 70th. Staff Darren and team were highly professional and personable. Easy parking. Excellent food, perfect for visiting Portmeirion and nearby places. My parents would highly recommend it and cannot talk highly enough of their time

Staff were excellent and made such a fuss of my mum on her birthday .
The only ( and this is not huge) strange thing was that the bar closed at 9.30pm which was rather odd, but this did not deter from a fabulous stay , we will be back

Just great, cant fault it!
Lovely hotel, nice people, food and drink was great. Having an EV charger is a real bonus, not too far to walk into Porthmadog, peaceful nights sleep and rooms were beautiful.
