Great stay, very good location few minutes from the promenade and less than 10mins walk from the railway station. Clean basic room but had everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was great with a lovely view too. Only negatives were that the corridors were a bit dark and the corridor carpet a bit old/worn and looked like it needed replacing.

location is fantastic, safe and cozy hotel. Great breakfast! only issue is mattresses are very hard (spring coils poking me is not fun). Even despite the bad mattresses, it is a lovely hotel in a perfect location in lovely Portimao! Free parking is nearby. It would be nice if the amazing breakfast room with its amazing views of the areas from the 8th floor was open to be in all day long and not just for breakfast, but definitely go up there in the mornings!!

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Bon déjeuner, très varié et excellent service. Une très belle vue de la ville dans la salle de déjeuner qui est située au 6e étage de l'hôtel. De nombreux services à proximité de l'hôtel (restaurants, bars, cafés et boutiques, transports). Grandeur de la chambre correcte. Toutefois, je recommanderais un nettoyage des tapis sur les étages.

The toilet pan had a crack and the air conditioner got some problems. Would automatically switch off and on. However the staffs are very nice. After we reported to them, they immediately fixed it in a day. And also provided another pillow to me by my request because I need lower pillow. Also, recently there is train strike. The staff helped us check the strike status before we go. And the hotel included breakfast. Would comeback again if comeback to Portimao. I recommend !

TOP !

Séjour à l’hôtel WHE pour le Grand Prix MotoGP de Portimao. Accueil très sympathique ! Point d’honneur sur le changement de l’horaire du petit déjeuner afin que nous puissions aller au circuit le dimanche de la course plutôt ! Nous avions seulement demandé le dimanche matin et le personnel nous l’a même fait le samedi, 6h45 à la place de 7h30 ! Personnel très très sympathique et font l’effort de parler français bien que nous parlions anglais ! Seul petit bémol : pas de parking à l’hôtel, il fallait se garer à un parking à 1 minute à pied payant. Le petit déjeuner est correct, manque peut être de choix mais ça reste correct ! Je recommande cet hôtel !

El hotel está en pleno centro. El staff es muy amable y en todo momento nos ayudaron (al no tener el certificado COVID al llegar tuvimos que hacernos un test rápido en el mismo lobby del hotel). Sin embargo la habitación era minúscula, con lo justo para dormir y ducharse. Los colchones no eran demasiado cómodos, y alguno de los enchufes no funcionaban (por lo que tuvimos que hacer encaje de bolillos para cargar los móviles por la noche). Por lo general el hotel se ve que está reformado, pero es todo bastante escueto. Está bien si tu único fin es tener un lugar donde dormir con sábanas limpias. Sinceramente no repetiría...
