Staff was nice but bedding was not washed, stains everywhere. Heat did not work and kept turning on and off. It was very cold at 39. There was bugs crawling in the corner and in the bathroom in the morning. Stayed only 6 hours with early flight.

Surprisingly a little gem in the heart of OOB! Staff were extremely friendly, informative, and attentive. Room was very clean, bed comfortable and I would stay there again. Close walk to downtown OOB to the pier and beach! Price was right!

The owner was very friendly upon check in/out. The accommodation were adequate. I had a standard room with 2 beds. The room had a countertop with a microwave and mini fridge. This is a no frills motel. Standard bathroom with tub-shower. Decent water pressure and good hot water. For the price point near the heart of Old Orchard this was a good deal in my opinion.

We stayed here for 3 nights last minute during the 4th and we enjoyed it. It was very clean, appeared to be updated and close proximity to the beach and downtown shops/restaurants. The owner/ manager was extremely friendly and accommodating. Just wish they had chairs outside all the rooms , we had them but many didn’t so bring chairs if you plan to sit outside. Overall enjoyed our stay and will stay again

#1 Not that it’s a big deal, but smoking cigarettes/flower wasn’t allowed. I don’t smoke much myself personally but I’m sure that policy turns off alot of ppl that just want to go outside the hotel room to smoke. #2 The room was full of bugs, and overall not the cleanest room. Their was a lady bug infestation in my room. #3 The ppl in the room next to me were making constant love all night so I barely slept (can happen at any hotel, but they must be seasoned guests). The main complaint was the bugs / dirty room though. Other than that it was ok.
