We had a phenomenal stay at this property in the Alberta Arts District. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and everything the neighborhood has to offer. The area felt very safe and welcoming, which made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Portland in comfort and convenience!

The Alberta Arts Section of Portland is a great place to stay. Walk just a few blocks to a slew of restaurants and cool shopping.

Enjoyable Thanksgiving stay!

The duplex is lovely and we had a great stay! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, comfortable beds! We highly recommend, and would stay here again. Thank you!!

Portland wedding weekend

Awesome place

Fun Family Visit in Portland

Roy & Peggy were outstanding hosts: our plane was delayed, but Roy stayed up to check us in. The house and garden are immaculate; furniture and beds comfortable. The house is in a fun residential neighborhood: pretty park across the street; fun shops and restaurants about 3 blocks away.

An excellent stay

We had an excellent stay. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by Roy, the property owner who was very friendly and helpful and lives next door in case there are any issues. There were none. The rental is very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, quiet and well located and with good internet. What more could you ask.

Fantastic hosts and accommodations!

Roy and Peggy are fantastic hosts and the property is the cleanest and most comfortable (beds are great) we have stayed in! There are great restaurants and shopping all within easy walking distance, and Roy gave us some great recommendations. Easy access to all highways and the airport. Will definitely return!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner obviously takes a lot of pride in maintaining this unit. The location was perfect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in the Alberta Arts district and across the street from a park with tennis courts. We had a great stay!

Wonderful property!

The house is so clean, well stocked with all the amenities you would need. The hosts provided us with fresh fruit that we really appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay here. The whole process from beginning to end was so easy and we felt so comfortable in this home. We would definitely come back!

Excellent!

What a great place to stay! So clean and comfortable. Big fluffy towels, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. Roy was a fantastic host. Gave us many tips on how to do things! Podnah’s restaurant is only 2 blocks away and it’s yummy. Highly recommend this place and I would stay here again!
