Le système heater / ac coullait et le tapis dans la chambre était détrempé près du système. Aussi à notre arrivé il y avait un chien dans une chambre près de la nôtre qui japait beaucoup. Il m'aura fallu avertir l'agent de la réception.

The sheets were stained and the bedding stunk so bad , the rug was wet everywhere and an overpowering smell of bleach. It was so bad me and my daughter left at 10 pm and to stay somewhere else . It was such a bad experience . We felt so sick for an hour after we left from the fumes.

There was a dirty sock right in front of the couch when we walked in, they're was blood on the comforter, there were pillows without pillowcases, and the pillows were filthy, the ones with pillow cases. Had hairs on them. The juice machine was out of order and the only option for a drink with breakfast was hot water. Other than that, breakfast had Navy options for food and it was hot at 6:15am, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and it was very quiet, for a hotel.

Housekeeping doesn’t work every day front desk doesn’t always answer you with proper information. We stayed for two weeks and I had to make numerous request for housekeeping to change our linens due to the fact that housekeeping doesn’t work every day.

The staff was not helpful. Did ask to have the room cleaned 2 times and they came in and made the bed again can’t say clean or the same sheets because idk and the bathroom was not cleaned when they did clean the room finally. They did give us towels though. Never anyone at the desk u always had to ring the bell for service. The breakfast was ok. Typical comfort suites breakfast. We will not for sure be back.

I chose this listing because of the late checkout and they told me at front desk they don't have late checkout. The waffle batter dispenser was busted and there was batter all over the counter the first morning and they ran out the second morning. They don't want you to take food out of breakfast area but there is not enough seats and people are down there coughing and sick. The staff is kind and these guys are trying as best they can but incorrect listings are creating a problem.i did not get what I selected or paid for.

Location was good. Staff attentive and kind. Room 7\10 cleanliness. Room and bedding was clean. The shower caulking was dirty in spots. Breakfast was as expected with exception of coffee. Automatic coffee machine, and I have seen dishwater darker. Impression that they are housing homeless persons in some rooms with people yelling each night. 4am - 8am person on a verbal loop, loudly saying the same thing over and over again.

My recent stay at Comfort Inn had several issues. The room showed noticeable wear, including a chipped bathtub, faded wallpaper, and worn carpet near the entrance. Most concerning was the presence of what appeared to be black mold behind peeling wallpaper around the window. On a positive note, the staff were nice and respectful. The pool was decent, and the continental breakfast was acceptable, though I didn’t care for the sausage links. Housekeeping did knock on the door and wait outside, expecting me to hand over trash and towels, which was unexpected and not communicated to me in advance. In addition, I requested extra pillows from the front desk, but they were never delivered. I didn’t say anything about the mold at the time due to my anxiety. I only stayed here because it was what I could afford, as my father was in the hospital and the location was relatively close to him. Overall, the stay had a few positives, but the condition of the room and lack of follow-through on requests were disappointing.
