If you don't feel like cooking, just walk out onto NW 21st & you have a wide range of gourmet restaurants and hip bars to choose from.
The space
This property has a no pet policy. Located on the third floor, the whole apartment is yours to enjoy. There is an elevator. A versatile space with two queen size beds in separate bedrooms and a small sofa bed for convenience. OR the second bedroom can be converted into remote working space by simply folding the wall bed away. The apartment includes Xfinity xtreme pro internet package. Community laundry machines are located on the lower level of the building. The machines accept credit cards.
Guest access
Bike storage is available in the basement. This is a shared bike space so security locks are a must.

There is no dedicated vehicle parking with the apartment. Paid street parking is available and easy to find during the day, a bit harder in the evening but still available. Do not leave valuables in the car. Paid visitor parking is limited to 4 Hour during the hours of 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, MON – SAT.

For residents with proof of address, you can purchase a parking permit through PBOT. There is no restrictions to how long you park with a resident permit.
Other things to note
The apartment has ceiling fans only for cooling.
