Amazing staff, amazing area, although sometimes the night shift seems to ignore request to address noise issues late at night sas I wake up at 2am to be to work by 3:30am. My entire stay here has been amazing thus far.

I have read reviews mentioning all the homeless- there were none. I’ve also read about bad smells- there were none except for a slight cigarette odor in the hall. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the food trucks were fabulous! My only concern- thin walls. Our neighbors kept me up all three nights we were there.

The room was clean and well maintained the bedding was crisp and smelled clean. Although the location is a bit far from downtown Portland it was easy access to freeways. The staff was helpful when they were around and everyone was super sweet about my elderly dog altough they did not take her as a service dog since she's for emotional support. The hotel was pretty packed the whole time we were there but we could here anyone. We used the laundry and it was well priced. Only downside was I didnt feel safe taking my dog out at night alone because their were alot of people smoking and loitering right outside the hotel. Other wise it was fine and really well priced

The hotel itself was awesome as well the staff was top notch. Only downfall is the amount of homeless out on the main road along this hotel. Which the hotel can not help. I would certainly stay here again for its warm welcome plus close proximity to the max(light rail).

We were only there for 1 night. Check-in was easy. There are quite a few of sketchy people that hang out in the parking lots beside and in front of the hotel. Also, don't count on breakfast. Its oatmeal or hard boiled eggs. Other than that, the room and hotel were clean.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room had everything we needed and what they didn’t have, they provided at the front desk. Was able to have a coffee, pot and toaster as well as the microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast is just a few items, but enough to get you going in the morning. There’s a laundry there with several machines so you don’t have to wait. I would definitely stay there again

Unless you don’t really care, there are homeless and druggies surrounding the property I thought I was walking into a zombie land. Staff was extremely helpful at the front lobby, lobby smelled like cigarette, I immediately needed to cancel.
