There were multiple stains on multiple towels. Pool was unclean. Back entrance door broke one night but was fixed the next day. Staff was nice and helpful.

The breakfast was not hot and not a good selection of healthier foods. Front desk staff was often missing & hard to get a hold of. Other than that, room was very quiet, clean, good location despite it being in a not so nice neighborhood.

I didn’t like that I had to pay $10 for parking per night. I didn’t see that on Expedia website and it should be spelled out so that there’s no surprises for those especially staying longer. I only stayed one night.

Very noisy stay. The people in other rooms were making loud noises until 2 / 3 am. The room has a poor acoustics and you can hear everything from other rooms.

Pros; This place was a nice stay , clean , location great , rooms kept nice . Cons: BEDS are so so lumpy , obviously they are older or just very worn ( Terrible) and I asked them NOT to charge my card I wanted to pay cash , I said it 5time and they assured me it wouldn’t be charged but sure enough at checkout they charged my card . Was very annoyed by this .

The area around this hotel is somewhat run down. I was not expecting a $10 per night parking fee to park in the hotel's parking lot. The carpeting should be replaced with flooring.

This hotel was fine for the price. My only complaint was that we waited over 1/2 hour for the shuttle to the hotel from the airport, when they told us they would be there in 15 minutes. Otherwise it was a nice place with a decent included continental breakfast and an outdoor swimming pool.

There was no attempt at any service to our room. Trash was never emptied, no new towels offered. While the breakfast started at 6:30 it would have been nice to get coffee a little earlier. Surprised there was a daily fee to park.

Dirty room, worn out and stained bedding, uncomfortable beds, room hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while based on the amount of hair and dust accumulated. Pool door didn’t work- no sign stating so. Key cards didn’t work- locked out several times. Said they were full and don’t do refunds when room was in noted condition.

Little to no Wif in our room. Water pressure at the sink is a trickle. Cold eggs for breakfast and they were just brought out from the kitchen. 10 dollar a night parking fee for you to park your car in their lot all around the hotel. We travel quite often and that was a first for us.

The room was comfortable and clean. The area was decent and easy to get to and from other places in town. The pool was nice, and the breakfast was good. Overall a good value.

Long line/wait for check-in at 4 pm! The shade has holes in it, causing light to come through in the morning. Other than that a pleasant stay.

The hairs on the pillow, and sticky ring that looked like it was from someone’s drink cup on night stand, and dust ball on the floor between the beds made me wonder about room cleaning between guests. Were the sheets changed? Waited in a line about 5 deep to check in. My first cc I was told didn’t go through. When I called the bank they told me the expiration date was entered incorrectly. Luckily I had another one and no lasting repercussions. Coffee was plentiful but less than average. On the plus side, one of the few reasonably priced options in the area with plenty of parking.
