The room was satisfactory. Our first time walking in hotel, it reeked of pot. The outside of hotel was dirty, grounds looked terrible. Was not mowed and gardens not touched yet. The continental breakfast was terrible. The lobby water to fill up a cup with tasted horrible and was warm. Pool was green. Very dirty hotel and will never stay there again.

Le système heater / ac coullait et le tapis dans la chambre était détrempé près du système. Aussi à notre arrivé il y avait un chien dans une chambre près de la nôtre qui japait beaucoup. Il m'aura fallu avertir l'agent de la réception.

Continental breakfast was less than desirable. Container for the waffle batter had ruptured or something when batter was being filled and a mess was made and not cleaned up the whole time we were eating. Area was dirty to say the least.

Hotel is older and getting a little ran down. But they do appear to have renovations starting soon. And the customer service more than made up for it. The front desk agent was so kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping doesn’t work every day front desk doesn’t always answer you with proper information. We stayed for two weeks and I had to make numerous request for housekeeping to change our linens due to the fact that housekeeping doesn’t work every day.

The hotel was clean in every area we went to. The only issue we had is the web site said cribs were available and when we checked in we were told they don't offer cribs.

The sheets were stained and the bedding stunk so bad , the rug was wet everywhere and an overpowering smell of bleach. It was so bad me and my daughter left at 10 pm and to stay somewhere else . It was such a bad experience . We felt so sick for an hour after we left from the fumes.
