Hotel is older and getting a little ran down. But they do appear to have renovations starting soon. And the customer service more than made up for it. The front desk agent was so kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was good. Staff attentive and kind. Room 7\10 cleanliness. Room and bedding was clean. The shower caulking was dirty in spots. Breakfast was as expected with exception of coffee. Automatic coffee machine, and I have seen dishwater darker. Impression that they are housing homeless persons in some rooms with people yelling each night. 4am - 8am person on a verbal loop, loudly saying the same thing over and over again.

We had a great stay . We had to check-in 5 hours early it only cost 30 to go in early . Gagan was marvelous funny very friendly and helpful . The pool was heated it was awesome. And of course the giant waffle machine
