Guest have access to the entire house including garage, fully fenced backyard, nearby playground.
Other details to note
1. This house is in quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden.
2. If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it.
3. For guest that staying for a longer period, our data plan is 1.2Tb/month, that's standard for most of internet carrier. 1.2TB data equals to:
-Send and receive 46,000 emails
-Stream 9,000 hours of music
-Surf the internet for 2,800 hours
-Game for 18,500 hours
-Stream high-def videos for 400 hours
-Post to social media for 6,200 hours
It's very rare that the data usage would exceed 1.2 TB. However, if you do exceed the limit, we will be charge a fee of $100.
