We had a turret room with large windows affording a nice view of the ocean at sunrise (the leaves were off the trees over offseason holiday weekend). Very clean, attractive buildings. We were initially confused about the office location but staff were easy to contact, super responsive and accommodating.

The Old Orchard Beach Inn was an absolute dream! We arrived at Midnight, took us a little bit to find our room, however, what a gem! Woke up to an apple tree outside our window and a view of the beach! The comfy bed and pillows made it the best sleep of our trip. The bathroom was so clean - definitely the cleanest stay in a long time. Thank you Old Orchard Beach Inn!

Nice place to stay. Bathroom was clean and water was hot but bathroom itself was cold. Room was nice and also warm. Bed not that comfortable. Nice quiet place to stay. The only reason I would not return was the comfort level of our mattress. Other than that it was a great place for overnight.
