It was all great! Quick check-in, nice clean room (Suite, bedroom and kitchenette), We got in late so they let us stay at the pool later than 10. Super help at the service desk. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The door didn’t shut tight, letting in light and hallway conversation. Then the door wouldn’t open, locking us in the room and we had to call the front desk for help. Ridiculous.

Everything about the hotel, and services were excellent except for the rooms’ close proximity to a major Interstate highway with it’s non stop engine noise which kept us awake for most of the night. I brought this to the attention of office staff and all they had to offer was that next stay we should ask for a room on the non highway side of the building. Too late and couldn’t they have given us a heads up. Well there will never be a next time, Very poor hotel placement planning. Let this be a fair warning for future guests.

We stayed here only because location is convenient to I95. The property is overpriced, smelly corridors. Breakfast is free, but don’t expect much. Not at all like a Marriott. We would never go back there.

The hotel needs to be updated. Our room was not properly cleaned. There was spots on the couch in the room which appeared to be sperm, yes dried sperm. We had to lay sheets over the coach to sit. There was pubic hair on the toilet rim, so proper cleaning of the toilet prior to new occupancy didn't occur. The hotel location is good, but the facility needs to be upgraded, new rugs in hallways, etc. We will not probably be staying there again due to the price and the cleanliness in our room.

Breakfast area was too small for the size of the property and felt congested even with barely 15 customers. There wasn't enough space to walk by the food counter. Items like bread was not being stocked enough. Bagels quality was very poor.

The staff are kind and friendly so we felt very welcomed. The breakfast was as really good. The man who served the breakfast buffet was really nice and helpful very funny and enjoyable to talk to. The front desk staff were equally nice and accommodating. The room is clean with enough toiletries and towels it just have a funky smell. That’s the only thing I did not like the smell in the room. It had a sour smell. Maybe it’s the carpet . But I’d stay in this place again when we do come back to visit Portland Maine again
