La localisation était bonne. Insonorité des chambres est médiocre et le personnel n’est pas fiable pour les plaintes en dehors des heures d’accueil (aucun retour d’appel lors d’une situation de tapage nocturne des voisins ). Très déçue de notre expérience .

Location is convenient, we stay here almost once a year. It's a beach town motel so it is exactly what you would expect. This year we forgot a $300 hairdryer in the room and the hotel "hasn't seen it" so we may not continue to stay there with such dishonesty

Clean room, free parking. Only small issue was that the pool hours are listed as 9am-9pm, but they close the pool every morning for 1 hour - 1 hour 1/2. Great, clean the pool but put the opening hours as 11-9 since it’s actually closed at 9am for cleaning.

I got in my room and tried to turn up the heat, did not work. I tried to turn on the tv with luck. I called the number provided and got a phone answering service, reported tv not working. She said that she would pass on the message. I never got a call back. I left 8 or so on the evening I got there. Not happy at all. I never got a follow up call ever. Won't be going back there again ever.
