Wonderful

This is a beautiful, comfortable, private, convenient family home that I used as home base during my son’s wedding in Hillsboro. The hosts, Karla and Matt, went far past “above and beyond” in supporting our unique needs. I’m very grateful and would happily book again.

We traveled to Portland for a memorial service with our two adult daughters. Home was very inviting, immaculate, everything you could possibly need provided. I was even able to practice my piano lessons! Will always be my first choice when traveling to Portland

Awesome experience, amazing house and beautiful landscape.

We fell in love with this property. I had a very welcoming feeling we all felt at home. The landscaping was so beautifully done. House was perfect. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Definitely want to stay there again next time we are in the area.

Relaxing Getaway

We were in town visiting family for Thanksgiving.The house is beautiful! Well stocked and very clean. Delicious brownies were waiting for us when we arrived. We had a great stay and look forward to staying here again in the future. again in the future.

Beautiful, clean and well equipped

This house was perfect for visiting my daughter. Having stayed in several owner rented houses, this was the cleanest, most well equipped and comfortable home. We found everything that we could need during our stay. On top of the hosts being so welcoming with fresh flowers, sweet treats and fresh ground coffee and easy communication. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! We look forward to possible future stays here.

A perfect home base for relaxing and exploring Portland

We loved this beautiful, spotlessly clean, spacious, and elegantly appointed home, with thoughtful touches throughout. Our kids loved the huge back yard and hot tub. The host even baked us fresh brownies! We'll be back for sure!

In Hillsboro to man our booth at the annual Airshow. We need convenient headquarters for our team with individual bedrooms. The home was spacious and very comfortable. The owners left us a lovely tray of Brownies, (not the dispensary kind!), and a lovely vase of live cut flowers. It's better than staying with relatives ... precisely because there are no relatives! If you're ever in the Hillsboro, Beaverton, Greater Portland area I would highly recommend this VRBO for your stay!

Absolutely Beautiful!

From the moment of check in until we left, everything was absolutely perfect. Karla and Matt are amazing. They made our stay so wonderful. Two adults, two teens and a 9 year old all boys. My oldest son (15) taught himself how to play the piano and is now on the hunt for a keyboard, which I’ll be getting him for his birthday in a couple weeks. There was enough room for everyone, we could all hang out comfortably together or apart. We used the hot tub multiple times a day, were able to bbq, and even have a fire and roast marshmallows and make s’mores. Many decades ago my grandma made up a card game, and this trip I taught it to my other half and all three kiddos. It was a blast being able to play with them. Location was perfect! Every time we left the house we would go in a new direction and see new places. The Trail Blazers stadium was a short drive compared to what we initially thought, and we also went to the aquarium and got to go to the beach which was just a couple of hours away, but beautiful the whole way! Thank you Karla and Matt!!

Best Rental Experience

This is the best rental experience I’ve had! The house was well stocked, very maintained, and in a quiet location. Everything was as advertised or better, and the hosts went above and beyond with communication and thoughtful gestures. Brownies were waiting for us, a full coffee and tea bar set up… very appreciated!
