Nice and clean apartment in the center

Although the communication with the agency was little bit confusing, we were very pleased with the service provided by the local administrator Giovanni who was in touch whenever it was needed and prepared to help with anything. The appartement is located on the one of the main streets leading from the city center so it may be very noisy during the trafiic peak, but it's clean, well-equiped (just sharpen the knife, please :), close to all necessary shops (especially la panetteria accross the street is pure gold in the morning). You can enjoy an extra large balcony and very pleasant rooftop. The nearest beach is 100-200 metres – there is a super-shallow lagoon, great for kids. Or just take a boat in the port and go to L'isola dei conigli (rabbit island). Don't forget to buy and cook some seafood and to drink local wines like negroamaro, primitivo, malvasia nera, salice salento and many more! Arrivederci alla prossima!
