Mold levels unacceptable

This sadly, is the first horrible experience we've had in a short term rental over the last 13 years. The amount of mold growing in both showers was a dangerous situation. We were unable to get ahold of the host during our short stay. We were able to text our 'greeter' but he was unable to contact the host on our behalf and the phone number that he gave us did not work (we also tried to text it as well). We purchase vinegar at the local market but the mold was too far advanced and needed a professional. We tried to take photos of the situation and report it to the hosts after we left, but they would only provide their email address through VRBO which blocked it to me. I don't feel this place should be available on any rental platform until the host has the mold remediated. Otherwise, the location was nice but the beds were comfortable. The coffee maker is broken and the towels are so tread-bare that they have holes in them. This place is simply not being taken care of and is now is a hazard. I do have photos so that VRBO can help solve this situation.
