The location of the stay was in a very walkable area, a little loud at night especially if there were any events happening at night. But overall, enjoyed the location. The room however, was dirty. It seemed as though it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long while. The walls were dirty, the floor was sticky, the ceiling fan in the bathroom caked in dust and dirt. I reached out to the property manager and they were inclined to send someone over to clean, however the initial impression and the up keep of the space spoke for itself. It shouldn’t take a complaint to that extent for a room to be comfortably cleaned. On top of that, there were cockroaches in the hallway. I understand they are common here but feeling unclean to start and then seeing cockroaches outside of the room, felt gross. I booked a room with a kitchen to be able to cook and avoid eating out, but there were no pans or pots? Or even a kettle? So it seemed silly to even have a kitchen and not be equipped for it to be used. All in all, unfortunately I would not recommend this stay nor would I stay here again.
