Very clean, absolutely loved the hotel gardens, patio, and the hotel kept to the period theme of its time. Staff were wonderful and speak various languages. Can’t say enough positives about my stay.

Nice city centre hotel, convenient and easy to get to from the airport metro. Continental breakfast was fine. The real USP is the long garden at the back of the hotel which was unexpected but really nice.

The staff are lovely and speak multiple languages. The hotel is clean and feels safe but very basic. I’m 5’5” and had to sit sideways on the toilet in the room with 2 twin beds because the door wouldn’t close otherwise. It was clean and the beds are comfortable but it’s a very small, basic room. It was fine for us as we just used it to sleep and shower.

I was very positively surprised by my stay at Hotel Estoril in Porto. The location is perfect—just about a 15-minute walk to the center, where you’ll find plenty of bars, cafés, and restaurants. The room was extremely clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Although the building itself is a bit old, the overall quality and cleanliness were excellent, especially considering the price. For a 1-star hotel, my expectations were more than exceeded. The value, location, and level of comfort make Hotel Estoril a great choice for anyone visiting Porto.

The location is excellent, steps away from the main attractions of Porto. Food, supermarket (Pingo Doce) and restaurants are just there, plus the Metro station (10 min. walking with the luggage) to connect to the airport, train or buss stations).

Our trip to Porto was made more enjoyable by our stay at Hotel Estoril. The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the accomodations were excellent. Whether we were enjoying breakfast at the hotel, relaxing with a game of cards in the lounge, or walking the garden, we were pleased with every aspect of our stay.

This property is fantastically located for visiting Porto. Everything in the city is within walkable distance. The property is dated inside but we found the staff really friendly and helpful and the garden they have at the back is a beautiful bit of greenery to wake up to before you explore the city. The room we shared was small but the shower worked really well and we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. The bed was comfy with two pillows each so we slept well. The breakfast had limited options but they were all fresh and very enjoyable. Enough to fuel you for the day ahead. Would recommend to those looking for a safe, clean and reasonably cheap option to stay whilst visit the beautiful city of Porto.

The entrance to this property is a bit old and underwhelming, but the hotel inside is very pleasant, the staff super caring and friendly, beautiful gardens. Very quiet to the back of the hotel. Breakfast very nice. Very good value. Much better than the big chain hotels at least has some personality. Would recommend

The receptionist is very helpful and full of information about the area. The room is cleaned every day. The garden in the back is beautiful. There are restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops just outside the door. The people are very friendly. It is rated as one star but we have stayed in four star hotels that weren’t as good as this place

A nice little hotel, well positioned and reasonably priced. The room was a little shabby and the bathroom had a slightly stale smell but the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was simple but effective. There isn't much noise insulation, I was at the front of the building and there is a video arcade opposite that is open late and plays music but it was only slightly iriritating

Wonderful front desk staff in this charming little hotel - set in the middle of a cobblestone street with small unique shops, bakeries, and little cafés. Within walking distance to downtown and the Luiz 1 bridge. The hotel is not fancy, or high end, but is inexpensive and perfect for anyone on a budget.

Its rated a 1 star...........but its better than that ! Staff are good. Excellent location in the less touristy part of north Porto. slightly far from the metro but use the 602 bus from Carolina and you are there.

For budget traveler , this place is a steal. Old world charm. Dated elements but strong renovations has been made to the rooms. Maybe the room that was given to me was the fault because I was given a room next to the stairs and can hear the conversation and foot steps of other guests.
