Cozy up in our Downtown View Apartment, a bright apartment with a privileged view of Porto's city center. Extremely well located, close to the Trindade Metro station, and surrounded by all the conveniences for a great stay.
For your comfort, this apartment features an elevator and air conditioning.
The Space:
Located on the 7th floor, this apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, cable channels, and Wi-Fi. It also has a fully equipped bathroom and a functional kitchenette so you can prepare your meals.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located just a few meters from the beautiful Avenida dos Aliados, you'll be only minutes away from the heart of the action and major tourist attractions. Don't miss a visit to the famous Galerias de Paris or go shopping at the traditional Mercado do Bolhão, where you can find the freshest products!
This area is full of entertainment, but you'll also be well-connected to public transport if you'd like to explore other areas, with the Trindade metro station just 3 minutes away and access to several bus lines!

Getting Around:
You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request).
You will also have access to a wide network of public transportation.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.
If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
In case you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s help to open the door, there will be a €40 charge after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock (requiring a technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request.
For stays of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on utilities (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! Just request it (please inquire for pricing).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (please inquire for pricing).
