The Space:

Enjoy an apartment with a spacious bedroom, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your stay. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living room, with its welcoming design, offers a sofa bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests. For your entertainment, you'll find a flat-screen TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi access. The kitchenette is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. The full bathroom offers all necessary amenities. Enjoy stunning sea views from both the living room and bedroom, creating a relaxing and memorable atmosphere.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom with a king-size bed, full bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. They can also enjoy the shared common areas.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the vibrant Foz do Douro, a charming coastal neighborhood where our apartment is located. Just steps away, you'll find stunning beaches like Praia da Luz and Praia do Ourigo, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Delight in the variety of restaurants offering everything from international cuisine to traditional Portuguese fare, all within walking distance. Explore the Mercado da Foz, a local market with fresh and authentic produce. For shopping enthusiasts, sophisticated boutiques and art galleries await your visit. The waterfront promenade, ideal for cycling or seaside walks, is right on your doorstep. Porto's downtown is just a 10-minute drive away, with easy access to public transport, including buses a 1-minute walk from the apartment.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). Explore the city with ease using the extensive public transport network available. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is just a 15-minute drive away. For bicycle enthusiasts, we have a rental service available (price on request).

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.



If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.



If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be subject to consultation.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow the host's collaborator access to the property for inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
