The host gave us the wrong room initially, and the guest staying in the room was confused as well. We were able to reach the host, and they quickly gave us the correct room. The room was great, nice having a good amount of space. comfortable bed. Great location not far from many sights and transit.

This accommodation is nice in itself, but contacting the responsible people is a nightmare. There were three of us, and unfortunately, upon arrival there were only towels and bed linens for two people. One of us had to sleep on the sofa without a blanket or anything else, which is very unpleasant in an accommodation used by many different people. Upon check-in, which is contact free (you get codes for the front door and the key vault), we were told that we can call or write a WhatsApp text message at any time. We did this, but nobody picked up for days and also didn't answer our texts, again for several days - until today we didn't get any answer. Luckily, a cleaning staff member (we presume) found our note and got us bedding for the sofa on the third day. Still, a disaster. Fortunately Expedia tried to solve this issue, but also they did not succeed - at least we got a partial refund. Following information on Expedia about the accommodation is incorrect: there is no place to leave luggage there, there is never anyone at the reception, and there is hardly any contact with the staff possible. Unfortunately, a real shame, as the accommodation is very well located and clean. However, we would not recommend it, as you are left alone if something goes wrong.

Loved this suite in Porto!!! The suite was spacious for our week long stay. The staff who were cleaning another suite were absolutely lovely. They helped us with garbage removal and provided us with new fresh towels. Having a full kitchen and dining table was great for having breakfast and take-away meals. Loved the location near the centre area but also enjoyed how quiet our room was since there was a festival weekend happening in the city. The security system made us feel totally safe. I would highly recommend this wonderful suite!!!

The apartment was ok in good central location, but definitely not without its faults. Firstly listing implies some sort of parking options, which there are none. Please be aware that parking for 4 nights beside apartments was very expensive Certainly not mentioned in parking information. Secondly no lift steep stairs, not great with luggage. Third no bath/shower towels in apartment messaged on supplied number no reply phone twice next day and got reply and towels next day. No TV remote reported this with towel issue promised to be sorted never was. Also be aware major building work next door and also one up on other side hugely noisy during day,can’t open doors for some air for noise and dust, thankfully the knock off a 5 pm. So ok but long way from good.

Très bon séjour. Appartement agréable et extrêmement bien situé. Le seul petit bémol est que le numéro de téléphone ne répond pas. Il faut privilégier Whatsapp ! Gros plus : possibilité de laisser les bagages après le Check out pour partir les mains vides la dernière journée.

zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. lage ist zentral. personal ist freundlich und hilfreich. die anweisungen für den check in sind klar und der prozess reibungslos. lediglich ein hinweis auf der website fehlt, dass man die anweisungen (im nachhinein verständlicherweise) erst 1-2 tage vorher bekommt, wäre besser. fazit: würden jederzeit wieder buchen

Extraordinaire emplacement près des lieux à visiter. Pont Luis et palais de la bourse à 12 mn. Gare Sao Bento à 6 mn. Librairie Lello à 6mn. Gîte parfait pour découvrir Porto. Hébergement clean et confortable. Bonne literie. Un très bon souvenir

La habitación tal cual se ve en las fotografías. Importante considerar que el edificio no tiene elevador y si tienes maletas hay que subir por las escaleras, a nosotros nos tocó en el 3er piso y fue todo un reto. Por lo demás yo lo recomiendo porque tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de puntos de interés y de fácil traslado, a unos metros de Estación São Bento por ejemplo. Un área a mejorar es la comunicación con el anfitrión, tardan mucho en responder los mensajes.

Appartement très bien meublé matériaux de très bonne qualité, cependant il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine indispensables et quelques couverts, des profuits alimentaires de première nécessité, du produit vaisselle ainsi qu'une éponge qui ne sent pas mauvais, des instructions de visite et de sortie du logement. Salle bains manquant d'une ou 2 paterres et d'une tablette pour poser une trousse de toilette. Absence de wifi ni d'internet, télécommande HS, une seule chaine mal captée. Aucune personne visible en cas de question (guichet fermé ou vide). Manifestement le propriétaire n'a jamais passé 1 journée entière dans son bien. Dommage, ce beau studio pourrait être parfait.

Maravilhosa. O hotel é simplesmente lindo, espaçoso, super bem localizado. O apartamento tem tudo e mais um pouco. O staff super gentil. Cheguei por volta das 20 hs e meu apartamento já estava pronto sem custo. No entorno, ótimas opções de restaurantes excelentes e todas as atrações a pé. Amei e quero voltar!!
