Girls weekend

Clean house and spacious. Comfy beds. Short walk to shops and sights. Sadly the showers were dreadful, low water pressure and no hot water. Hot tub had been overdosed with chemicals to the point it was unusable as burnt the eyes and throat. We enjoyed our stay in Porto but wouldn’t go back to this property.

The location and set up was great. We could not get the stove to work for 3 days. We communicated a dozen times and did not get good communication back. and even though on our last day they delivered more gas, the person who delivered the gas could not make it work. We were a family of eight that planned on cooking breakfast and dinner and could not. It cost us extra money to eat out. The place needs general maintenance on closet, room and bathroom doors. Beds were comfortable and rooms ample. Compared to other places we stayed at the kitchen had minimal cooking and eating utensils.

Un bel appartement

L'appartement est spacieux et tel que montré sur les photos. Par contre, la cuisine est mal équipée et le jour de notre arrivée, le ménage n'était pas fait. Une équipe est venue vers 20H et très difficile de communiquer avec le propriétaire (toujours un intermédiaire Hostwise).

Quelle honte !

Cet appartement n'est presque pas habitable. Odeurs d'humidité et de moisissures partout. Poussières, graisse sur toutes les poignées de la cuisine. Aucune pression dans les salles de bains et pas d'eau chaude. Le propriétaire était d'ailleurs sûrement au courant car le jour de notre départ des techniciens sont venus pour le remplacer. Quel scandale. Je n'ai jamais vu cela. Un de mes amis était asthmatique, il a passé le pire séjour de sa vie. Cet endroit ne doit plus avoir la possibilité de recevoir des voyageurs. Une catastrophe Presque 1100 euros pour 4 nuits, c'est du vol.
