Went with 3 friends and I would love to go back with my husband. Sooo beautiful and serene and again, the staff made this one of our best resort stays to date.”

“La struttura presenta una bella piscina molto grande. Receptionist bravi e gentili. Ottima colazione. Le camere dovrebbero subire qualche ritocco in quanto, ad esempio, il lavandino della camera presentava stucco in parte venuto. Per quanto concerne le pulizie le lavoratrici hanno rifatto molto tardi la camera (intorno alle 15) e in maniera frettolosa tanto che gli asciugamani erano fuori posto e il letto non perfetto (stiamo parlando di un quattro stelle)”

“A l’arrivée, accueil assez froid, le personnel n’a pas pris la peine de nous faire visiter toutes les installations de l’hôtel, nous laissant attendre sur une terrasse avec une bouteille d’eau. A la piscine, il est très difficile d’avoir une chaise longue…. Nous obligeant à rester sur une chaise en métal. La vue depuis la terrasse est belle. Globalement, les prix sont très élevés mais surtout le rapport qualité/prix n’y est clairement pas. ”

“We spent one night only and it was the perfect location in the center of Vulcano, close to the shops, the port and the start of the trail to the crater. Our room was very clean and gave on the very cute porch of the hotel. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we had a nice chat with him. He recommended a couple of places for us to have dinner. We were not rushed to check-out after we came back from our morning hike the next day. A great place to stay, in my opinion.”

Da migliorare: la pulizia della piscina, troppo frequentata da gabbiani, piccioni, ecc.; il blocco dei canali streaming, anche il semplice YouTube, pur con televisori Smart. Difetti: la piscina troppo alta in tutta la sua estensione, senza un'altezza adatta a chi non sa nuotare.”
