great location - very calm and beautiful view on the bay of Portoferraio. We especially enjoyed the direct access to the sea for swimming and wingfoiling as well as the wonderful terasse where we celebrated our dinner every evening and enjoyed the beauty of the bay.

The instructions regarding check-in were flawless. On the ferry you should call a lady for arrival time. Her friendly son was already waiting for us and showed us around the beautiful house. The house is right on the water with a great view of the city and almost private access. If you are looking for peace and privacy, this is the place for you. Kitchen equipment is plentiful. Stores can be reached by car. The rooms with turquoise floors have been renovated. There is a great natural floor in both. We would come again. Thank you.

Die Unterkunft war fast noch schöner als in der Anzeige beschrieben! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles sauber. Die Betten bequem und eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden definitiv noch einmal kommen!

Vue absolument extraordinaire. Certainement la plus belle que l’on puisse trouver sur l’île d’Elbe. On pourrait passer la journée sur un transat tellement c’est sublime. Et c’est à dix minute de Portoferraio, qui est également magnifique, et donc hyper facile d’accès. Seul détail : très peu d’équipements pour la cuisine et la maison semble un peu vide, les propriétaires ont fait le minimum pour rendre la maison chaleureuse. Mais l’extérieur compense !

Wir haben die Urlaubswoche mit unseren 3 Kindern sehr genossen. Der Weg in die diversen Orte war mit dem PKW gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Die Lage direkt am Meer hat den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht.

La villa è davvero meravigliosa: la terrazza panoramica con una vista inimitabile, arredata con gusto e con mobilio di qualità. Internamente, casa molto spaziosa più che adatta per 6 persone, cucina e bagni praticamente nuovi. La casa deve essere stata ristrutturata e abbellita di recente perche è più bella di quello che si vede nelle foto. Siamo stati davvero bene, la consiglieremo e/o ci torneremo!

Soggiorno incantevole in uno spot unico con i piedi nel mare. Architettura della casa anni 70 autentica con materie pregiate. Mobili di terrazza di eccellente qualità. Si vive in questa casa con lo stesso piacere all’esterno che all’interno, grazie anche all’ottimo impianto di A/C.

Schöne Villa, tolle Lage, aber...

Das Haus und die Lage sind toll. Die Einrichtung ist schön und praktisch, aber zT in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrasse und Sicht sind super. Das Meer vor der Villa ist sehr flach, grosssteinig und algig; wir sind fast immer an andere Strände gefahren. Die Plattform direkt am Meer mit den Tischen und Liegen wird hauptsächlich durch die im Nachbargebäude wohnende Familie und ihre Gäste genutzt und auch mit Handtüchern besetzt. Das Haus erschien wenig genutzt und man sollte wissen, dass fast alles Verbrauchsmaterial inkl. Salz und Geschirrspültabs mitgebracht werden muss. Der Besitzer Mario ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man ihn persönlich "erwischt"; er reagiert aber kaum auf Probleme/Anfragen per sms. Leider gibt es keinerlei Info im Haus, wo zB der Müll hingebracht werden muss oder was man tun muss, damit die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Die Agentur kümmert sich vorab sehr gut um den Aufenthalt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt schön, aber ich habe mich nicht so wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Da setzen andere Vermieter viel höhere Massstäbe.

Haus mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung, schöne Bäder und Küche, allgemein eine spannende Architektur aus den 60er. Optimale Aufteilung für Eltern und zwei Kinder die je ein eigenes Zimmer wollen, Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf Portoferraio. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, kein Strassenlärm da Sackgasse. Zufahrt ist eng, 5er Combi BMW geht knapp an den Mauern vorbei. Garage zu niedrig für Dachbox jedoch ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus. Steg und Aufenthaltsbereich vorm Haus direkt am Wasser, super Bademöglichkeit (SUP) jedoch kein Liegestrand. Mit dem SUP in ca. 10-15 Minuten beim Strand El Sombrero, der sehr nett liegt mit Park und Schatten und Kiosk mit Essen und trinken. Die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht, dadurch Schlafen nur bei offenen Fenstern auszuhalten im Hochsommer. Hornissennest im Baum auf Terrasse und viele Wespen, wenn man draussen Fleisch isst. Man darf kein Essen in der Küche stehen lassen, sonst kommen Ameisen. Die Nachbarn haben Hunde, die oft bis spät Nachts bellen. Vor allem bei Blaulicht, was auf Elba stündlich ist. Der Grill ist eher nicht brauchbar. Lage unschlagbar trotz engem Weg und Haus super schön, deshalb trotz der genannten Mängel sehr zu empfehlen! Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten wenn die Preise gleich bleiben.

A notre arrivé dans cette belle maison d'architecte, nous avons été impressionné par la vue sur la mer de toute beauté!!! L'intérieur de la maison bien plus beau en réalité que sur les photos! Maison très bien adapté pour 3 couples avec couchage supplémentaire dans le salon pour 2 personnes de plus! Barbara nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour! Nous avons très envie de revenir!!!

Architektenhaus aus den 60ern in spektakulärer Lage

Das großzügig gebaute Haus befindet sich in einer einmaligen Lage. Sowohl von der weitläufigen Terrasse am Haus, wie auch von der privaten Terrasse direkt am Meer lässt sich der wunderbare Ausblick auf die Bucht von Portoferraio und die Stadt selbst genießen. Von der Straße im Hinterland hört man praktisch nichts. Die Badezimmer und die Küche sind modern. Einzig die Matratze im master bedroom könnte erneuert werden. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und planen wieder zu kommen.
