Elba lohnt!

Das Objekt sollte dringend renoviert werden. Insgesamt macht das Objekt einen etwas vernachlässigten Eindruck. Ein Regal mit einer großen Anzahl an teils recht alten Bücher, die offensichtlich auch nie von Staub befreit werden, gehört in dieser Form nicht in ein Ferienhaus. Also leider trotz einigem Charme nicht uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
