“Not a four star hotel. More like bad student accommodation with prison vibes. We have stayed in better budget, even lower star hotels. Just a strange place. The receptionist was unwelcoming and abrupt and no smile or friendliness. The rooms are cramped and so basic. The carpet is worn and like it’s been pulled from a an old office. The floors were incredibly hard and rough, and my daughter feel off the bed and badly bashed her head and it also scraped her skin. We asked for two cots a few days……

“Hotel is located in front of a park. It is nice to have balcony in the room. The room is quite comfort but there is strange smell in the room. Breakfast is nice!”

“Great hotel. Only issue is the AC is more basic air circulation than actual AC. The pool is very quiet, almost unused which is a pro or a con depending on what you expect.”

“The location was what I expected. A quiet and beautiful place but close to playa de Illetas beach. A short ride to Palma as well. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was what I expected. Only had the dinner buffet once as we wanted to explore local restaurants. It was okay but couldn’t complain as we were tired from a long flight. Diego at the front desk was very helpful and patient with us. I will definitely return back and stay in the ocean view room next time!”

“The best thing about the hotel is the pool area which has a great view and a nice vibe. Breakfast is average and feels very busy. Eat dinner elsewhere because it’s overpriced and it feels like a retirement home .”

“The receptionist was friendly and spoke perfect English. The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach and they provide beach towels. The room was clean, fan and AC, good shower. Great breakfast. Can't fault it.”

“The lunch/dinber menu was lovely. We ordered the burger and chips and mango chicken wrap and chips, really tasty, reasonably priced. Breakfast in hotel was buffet style, plenty to choose from, even one of the team did made to order omelettes. Highly recommend. Room was spacious and nice feature balcony directly over looking pool. Will definately return.”

“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”
