「Our stay at this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The room was authentic, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail and impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcome throughout our entire stay. We felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we arrived. The entire hotel grounds were stunning and the location was just as beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding – without a doubt one of the best hotel...

「We had 3 rooms. None had Air Conditioning working. They assured us that by night, A/c would be working. Didn’t happen. We Were sent to a different hotel at 10:00 pm. The replacement hotel was 30 minutes and three towns away from Montepulsiano through mountain winding roads. It just killed our three days visit to Montepulciano having to drive back and forth everytime we needed to go to hotel and back for reserved meals and activities.」

La cena al ristorante è stata piacevolissima, qualità dei piatti notevole e menzione d’onore per il cameriere che ha saputo consigliarci anche qualche fuori menù. Ottima anche la colazione, dolci freschi e ampia selezione di tè e tisane. Torneremo sicuramente!」

「Nos encantó el hospedaje, pues todo fue sencillo, considerando que llegamos tarde y ya estaba oscuro el camino. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y con buenas amenidades y calefacción. El desayuno delicioso y la atención muy amable y servicial.」

「It’s a beautiful property, but be aware that it is secluded and that the restaurant menu is quite limited and after a couple of days, we were happy to go elsewhere. The waiting staff was attentive and nice, front desk not as much (maybe the la guard barrier?)」
